Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDE) to drive growth and strengthen our client network in Srinagar J&K and Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have experience in promoting diagnostic or pathology lab services, building relationships with clinicians, hospitals, and diagnostic centers, and meeting business targets through effective territory management and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for expanding the laboratorys client base.
  • Promote Histopathology, Cytopathology, and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) services to hospitals, clinics, and pathology centers.
  • For Srinagar location – drive business for General Laboratory Services (Biochemistry, Immunology, Hematology, Microbiology) along with Histopathology and IHC.
  • For Bangalore location – focus on Histopathology and IHC segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and outreach programs.
  • Maintain regular contact with referring doctors, hospital administrators, and diagnostic partners.
  • Conduct regular visits, presentations, and CMEs to promote laboratory services and new test panels.
  • Coordinate with laboratory teams for smooth sample logistics, client servicing, and report delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance business performance.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Medical Laboratory Technology / Pharmacy / Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, diagnostics, or laboratory business development (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong understanding of pathology services, especially Histopathology and IHC.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
