Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Source new leads for corporate events, parties, and venue bookings through networking, proactive outreach, and managing existing prospect lists.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Generate proposals, conduct show rounds of the venue, negotiate contracts, and provide accurate quotes to secure bookings.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Sales Administration: Manage event bookings, process payments, maintain client records in a CRM system, and ensure smooth turnover from sales to operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, catering, and marketing, to ensure client needs are met and the event experience is seamless.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, the ability to present proposals effectively, and a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
