Looking to onboard a skilled Senior Executive - AR with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process for timely and accurate billing.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders regarding accounts receivable-related issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred.
