Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager position located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and generate revenue. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, and coordinating with the marketing team to align sales objectives. Additional responsibilities entail providing sales reports, meeting set sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Handle B2B hotel sales and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through regular client calls and field visits.
- Ensure effective communication and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Male candidates preferred (field sales role).
