Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a P&M (Plant and Machinery) position. The role involves managing the operations, maintenance, and logistics of construction equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include planning and allocating resources, ensuring timely maintenance, maintaining machinery records, optimizing equipment performance, and coordinating with other departments to meet project requirements effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of plant and machinery operations and maintenance
  • Proficiency in resource planning and equipment allocation
  • Experience in maintaining detailed machinery and equipment records
  • Technical knowledge of construction equipment and their functionalities
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the construction sector or infrastructure projects is an added advantage
