Shizen Energy is a leading Lithium Battery Manufacturing Company established in 2019. We design and manufacture EV Batteries, Energy Storage Systems, and Industrial Power Solutions, serving customers across India and overseas.

We are expanding our team and inviting passionate fresh graduates and diploma holders to be part of our Quality, Production, and Testing departments.

Open Positions Freshers (Multiple Roles)

  1. Quality Assurance (QA/QC):

  2. Inspect battery packs, cells, and components.

  3. Follow quality checklists and testing procedures.

  4. Document inspection results and support audits.

  5. Production / Assembly:

  6. Support assembly of battery modules & packs.

  7. Work with tools, machines, and production lines.

  8. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety norms.

  9. Testing / Validation:

  10. Assist in electrical & mechanical testing of batteries.

  11. Operate test equipment and record results.
  12. Support R&D and customer requirement tests.

Eligibility

  • Qualification:

  • B.E / B.Tech – EEE, ECE, Mechanical (Freshers)

  • Diploma – EEE (Freshers)

  • Experience: 0–1 year / Fresh graduates welcome

  • Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 (Take Home)
