  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and best practices.
  • Technical Execution:
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Contribute technically as needed, including code reviews and architectural discussions.
  • Proactively identify and address technical challenges.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and improvements.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and demos as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Advocate for the customer within the engineering team.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Utilize agile methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 10 years in a engineering management role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams.
  • Strong technical background in Full Stack Web technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
