Our client, a leading Real Estate & Construction developer, is one of Pune's fastest-growing companies, delivering landmark residential & commercial projects. With ambitious growth plans, they are now hiring a technically strong Civil Project Manager for their upcoming project at Balewadi.

Senior Manager Civil (Project Manager)

Location: Balewadi & Gahunje locations, Pune

CTC: 10-18 LPA

ONLY PUNE CANDIDATES APPLY

Qualifications

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • PGDACM / NICMAR (preferred)

Experience

  • 15+ years of proven experience in execution & project management of large-scale projects such as:

  • Office spaces / corporate offices

  • 5-star hotels
  • Shopping malls
  • High-rise complexes
  • State-of-the-art commercial buildings

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site management & operations for the assigned project.
  • Monitor & execute construction activities within timelines.
  • Handle contract administration, project planning, scheduling & cost control.
  • Review & approve construction, purchase, installation & commissioning works.
  • Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants & contractors.

  • Ensure strict quality control & site safety standards:

  • Material testing, work inspections & regular safety checks.

  • Prepare & present MIS reports on project progress.

Key Skills

  • Strong ability to analyze project demands & act proactively.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction laws & standards (labour laws, municipal regulations, etc.).
  • Excellent administrative, leadership & execution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects & Primavera (mandatory).
