Role Summary

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals for the position of Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager Planning to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring for large-scale residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines using project management tools.
  • Coordinate with design, execution, and procurement teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and update weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
  • Identify potential delays and propose corrective measures proactively.
  • Support resource planning, material forecasting, and project tracking activities.
  • Ensure planning activities are aligned with project milestones and contractual obligations.
  • Participate in review meetings with project teams and senior management.
  • Handle project documentation and maintain version control for drawings and schedules.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: years in Planning within the Real Estate / Residential Projects sector.
  • Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and Excel-based tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
