About Us:

AM Productions is a creative video production and advertising agency based in Pune. We specialize in corporate films, ad films, promotional videos, and brand storytelling that help businesses grow through impactful visual communication.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Intern who understands the dynamics of the advertising & media industry and is passionate about client communication, sales strategy, and creative growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients across industries (corporate, real estate, healthcare, FMCG, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align client needs with agency offerings
  • Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Support the BD team in lead generation, networking, and campaign outreach
  • Maintain CRM data and track client communication status

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, Media, or related field preferred)
  • Prior internship experience in a Media Agency / Advertising Agency / Creative Studio is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising concepts
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
