Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Curriculum Associates Full time ₹ 15,00,000 - ₹ 28,00,000 per year

At Curriculum Associates, we believe in the potential of every child and are changing the face of education technology with award-winning learning programs like i-Ready that serve a third of the nation's K–8 students. For more than 50 years, our commitment to making classrooms better places, serving educators, and supporting accessible learning experiences for all students has driven the continuous improvement of our innovative programs. Our team of more than 2,500 employees is composed of lifelong learners who stand behind this mission, working tirelessly to serve the educational community with world-class programs and support every day.

Create and timely distribute customized PL plans and presentations by curating and adapting slides from a pre-existing, expansive library to meet the specific needs of Professional Learning Specialists and our school districts nationwide.  These presentations need to ensure our educators are getting the right information at the right time within their implementation journey.

Conduct thorough research using records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems to gather insights such as:

  • Details about products the school districts have implemented.
  • Implementation objectives and progress within the Professional Learning Plan.
  • Completed professional learning sessions, including objectives and outcomes.
  • Session notes to identify the next steps in learning objectives.
  • Dates for upcoming sessions.

Maintain consistency in design and messaging across all presentations, upholding the Curriculum Associates brand, style, and quality standards while reflecting the unique needs of each district.

Ensure presentation objectives align with the goals of school districts and district-wide implementation plans.

Apply adult learning theory to ensure presentations are engaging, impactful, and effectively drive learning outcomes for educators and leaders at various levels.

Leverage data analysis to tailor content to the specific needs of teachers, principals, and district leaders, drawing insights from completed training sessions and future requirements.

Share/deliver presentations to assigned Professional Learning Specialists within a minimum expected lead time prior to session delivery date.

Revise and assist in recommendations, development, and revisions of future Professional Learning Plans for assigned districts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Design, Communications, or a related field.
