Create and timely distribute customized PL plans and presentations by curating and adapting slides from a pre-existing, expansive library to meet the specific needs of Professional Learning Specialists and our school districts nationwide. These presentations need to ensure our educators are getting the right information at the right time within their implementation journey.

Conduct thorough research using records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems to gather insights such as:

  • Details about products the school districts have implemented.
  • Implementation objectives and progress within the Professional Learning Plan.
  • Completed professional learning sessions, including objectives and outcomes.
  • Session notes to identify the next steps in learning objectives.
  • Dates for upcoming sessions.

Maintain consistency in design and messaging across all presentations, upholding the Curriculum Associates brand, style, and quality standards while reflecting the unique needs of each district.

Ensure presentation objectives align with the goals of school districts and district-wide implementation plans.

Apply adult learning theory to ensure presentations are engaging, impactful, and effectively drive learning outcomes for educators and leaders at various levels.

Leverage data analysis to tailor content to the specific needs of teachers, principals, and district leaders, drawing insights from completed training sessions and future requirements.

Share/deliver presentations to assigned
Professional Learning Specialists
within a minimum expected lead time prior to session delivery date.

Revise and assist in recommendations, development, and revisions of future Professional Learning Plans for assigned districts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in creating visually compelling and pedagogically sound presentations using a variety of programs (i.e. PowerPoint, Canva, etc).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and its application in professional development settings, particularly tailored for educators and school leaders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data to inform presentation content for school districts.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent research and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Willing to work during overlapping hours with all U.S. time zones to ensure real-time collaboration with U.S. teams.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with U.S. teams and customers.
