JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Operations Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our training programs, ensuring effective delivery and measurable outcomes. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders to drive learning initiatives across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Program Management

  • Project manage training programs from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and vendors to develop comprehensive learning solutions
  • Manage training calendars and resource allocation effectively

Content Management & Quality Assurance

  • Review and evaluate training content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives
  • Ensure content meets organizational standards and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with content developers to enhance training materials

Training Delivery & Administration

  • Schedule training sessions across multiple time zones to accommodate global teams
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training delivery
  • Monitor training completion rates and follow up with participants and managers
  • Ensure proper attendance tracking and certification processes

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across different regions
  • Provide regular updates on training progress and outcomes
  • Facilitate feedback sessions and address stakeholder concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global team members

Evaluation & Reporting

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
  • Generate comprehensive reports on training metrics, completion rates, and ROI
  • Analyze learning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Background

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development operations or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience in training program management and project coordination
  • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across different time zones

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other L&D technologies
  • Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and virtual training tools
  • Experience with AI tools and their application in Learning & Development
  • Advanced skills in report generation and data analysis tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Communication & Language Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Cultural sensitivity for international stakeholder interactions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications in Learning & Development
  • Experience with learning analytics and performance measurement
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles
  • Familiarity with compliance training and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
