Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or business development. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and successfully closing deals within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Generate leads independently through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 1-3 years in IT sales or business development.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
