Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PPC Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI improvement. Only candidates with actual PPC experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Generate high-quality leads for real estate clients
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Monitor daily performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
  • Optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and landing pages for better ROI
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign results
  • Coordinate with the internal team for ad copy, landing pages, and creative requirements
  • Ensure all campaigns meet industry standards and client expectations

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any relevant field

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation campaigns
  • Experience working with real estate campaigns (preferred)
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and tracking tools
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

Eligibility
