Role Summary
This is a senior leadership-driven PPC role where you will not only manage campaigns but own the complete growth funnel—from ad strategy and targeting through conversion optimization and qualified lead delivery. The role demands deep expertise in B2B PPC, LinkedIn Ads, funnel building, CRO, advanced analytics, and performance-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities1 Funnel & Strategy Leadership
- Build, design, and optimize multi-layered paid acquisition funnels across different service segments.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies for international lead generation across US, UK, EU, and AU markets.
2 LinkedIn Ads & ABM
- Lead all performance and ABM-driven initiatives on LinkedIn.
- Execute advanced campaigns including ICP-based targeting, sponsored content, and lead gen initiatives.
3 Google Ads & Intent-Driven Search
- Create and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display & Remarketing) to capture high-intent, low-volume, high-value leads.
- Structure campaigns with advanced bidding strategies for competitive, high-CPC keywords.
4 Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Own landing page, ad creative, copywriting, CTAs, and lead magnet strategy.
- A/B test ad copies, funnels, and UX elements to reduce CPA and maximize MQL conversions.
5 Budget Ownership & Forecasting
- Plan, track, and optimize paid media budgets across channels with ROI accountability.
- Ensure pipeline-focused and cost-efficient campaign scaling.
6 Analytics, Insights & Reporting
- Establish data-driven reporting frameworks using GA, GTM, and internal dashboards.
- Present periodic insights, performance breakdowns, and recommendations to leadership.
- Key metrics include:
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Cost Per MQL
- MQL-to-SQL Conversion Rate
- Ad Spend vs Pipeline Value
Required Skills & Experience
- Total Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in PPC with a strong B2B focus.
- Industry Experience: Must have worked for Digital Agencies, Software/IT Development Firms, Consulting, or other High-Ticket B2B services. (B2C/E-commerce experience will not be considered)
- LinkedIn Ads Expertise: Proven track record running complex, high-spend campaigns in international markets.
- Google Ads Mastery: Expert-level hands-on experience in search-driven B2B lead generation strategies.
- Funnel & CRO Expertise: Demonstrated portfolio of funnels including ad copies, landing pages, and lead magnets (case studies, whitepapers, reports, etc.).
- Analytical Excellence: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication with strength in persuasive ad copywriting.
