We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven
PPC Specialist
to oversee performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads (AdWords), Meta Ads
, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be mature in data handling, analytics, and capable of managing end-to-end digital advertising operations. That start from strategy, planning documentation and execution to reporting and optimization. This role requires strong numerical aptitude, a deep understanding of digital tracking, CRM systems, and the ability to forecast results effectively.

1:30 PM to 10:30 PM | Monday To Friday | Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize
PPC campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional ad networks. - Manage
branding and performance campaigns
to achieve awareness, lead generation, and revenue goals. - Conduct thorough
keyword research
, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. - Monitor daily performance, analyze trends, and identify actionable insights.
- Create, manage, and adjust bids, budgets, and campaign structures for optimal ROI as per the needs.
- Implement and troubleshoot
tracking setups
(GA4, Aherf, SEMRUSH, UTMs, conversion APIs). - Work closely with the technology or CRM team to ensure accurate
lead tracking, attribution
, and reporting. - Able to manage landing pages as per the needs round the clock.
- Able to co-ordinate with SEO team when required with full transparency.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, translating complex data into clear insights.
- Forecast campaign performance, budget requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and brand teams / representative to ensure ad messaging is aligned and effective.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns across
Google Ads & Meta Ads
. - Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with
tracking tools
, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and campaign management dashboards. - Hands-on experience with
conversion tracking
, attribution models, and performance forecasting. - Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, budgeting, and funnel metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project-management abilities.
- Mature, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
