Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue potential clients in need of advertising, branding, or digital marketing services

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships

- Create and present compelling advertising proposals/campaigns

- Track sales targets, prepare reports, and optimize business development approaches

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity

- Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams for customized solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 1 years' experience in business development or sales (advertising/marketing preferred)

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and target-driven

- Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
