Business Development Manager – Field Sales
About Us
Jonnybaba is a fast-growing lifestyle and smokeshop brand catering to a niche community across India. Our products include premium pre-rolled cones, thrice, and smoking essentials. We are expanding our offline presence and looking for passionate people to represent our brand in the market.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager (Field Work) who will be responsible for growing Jonnybaba's presence in retail shops, headshops, and distributors. The role requires field sales, relationship building, and continuous client nurturing to achieve sales growth and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit markets daily to introduce and sell Jonnybaba products.
- Identify and develop new clients (shops, distributors, resellers).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client nurturing to increase repeat sales.
- Handle negotiations, closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Collect and track payments from clients and maintain proper records.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to the team.
- Represent Jonnybaba in a professional and energetic way in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales / FMCG / lifestyle products (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Bike or scooty with valid license is mandatory for market visits.
- Positive attitude, street smartness, and willingness to hustle.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
