Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tech Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end implementation of our HRMS & ERP software at client sites. The ideal candidate will handle heavy operational data collection, documentation, and coordination between clients and internal technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and uploading client information (employee data, payroll, attendance, inventory, etc.) into the system.
  • Coordinate with client HR, Finance, and Operations teams to gather process-level data and configurations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including data templates, process flow documents, and configuration reports.
  • Support the implementation team in software setup, configuration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and escalate issues during configuration or deployment to the technical team.
  • Provide first-level technical support and resolve client queries during and post-implementation.
  • Track project progress and maintain logs of client communications, data submissions, and issue resolutions.
  • Train end-users on system modules and features when required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (development, QA, and support) for seamless delivery.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data handling.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of HRMS/ERP modules like Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Employee Management, etc. (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication and client coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage large datasets with attention to accuracy and timelines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Commerce.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or operations (preferably HRMS/ERP domain).
  • Freshers with strong analytical and data skills may also apply.
