Role - Account Manager
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
Package - 6 to 7 LPA
Experience - 5 to 10 Years in ( food manufacturing or FMCG industry)
Location - Indore
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Financial Reporting:
Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
Auditing:
Managing relationships with external and internal auditors, facilitating audits, and addressing any audit-related issues.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assisting in the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Cost Management:
Analyzing costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and contributing to cost control strategies.
Cash Flow Management:
Managing cash flow, reconciling accounts, and ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
Strategic Financial Support:
Providing financial analysis and insights to support management in decision- making and strategic planning.
Team Leadership:
May involve leading and managing a team of accounting professionals.
System Implementation:
Implementing and improving financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
