Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the finance & accounts function for the parent company and its subsidiaries.

2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flows, budgets, working capital reports, and MIS.

3. Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, Income Tax, ROC, and corporate law.

4. Collaborate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

5. Develop internal controls, SOPs, and best accounting practices.

6. Engage with investors and stakeholders on financial performance and strategic growth.

7. Oversee team management and development within the finance function.

8. Contribute to strategic decision-making, capital management, and financial risk mitigation.
