Key Responsibilities:

1.
Oversee and manage collection workflows within the CRM system.

. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment statuses.

3
. Design and implement collection strategies based on customer segmentation and risk profiles.

4.
Monitor performance metrics such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), recovery rates, and delinquency ratios.

5.
 Coordinate with customer service, sales, and finance teams for seamless operations.

6.
Should have 2+ years experience.
