Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Aligarh. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, developing business strategies, and negotiating contracts. The executive will also collaborate with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, or related fields
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop business strategies
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
