Role Overview:
Aegis Logistics Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional to join its Treasury team as Manager Banking & Credit Facilities. This is a key group-level role that involves managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, overseeing borrowing documentation, ensuring covenant compliance, and supporting treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Banking & Credit Operations:
- Act as the group-level interface with banks for all fund-based, non-fund-based borrowings, and term loans
- Handle all related documentation, including charge creation/release in coordination with security trustees
- Manage day-to-day and strategic banking interactions for both regular and specific business needs
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare annual projections, CMA data, and other reports as required by lenders
- Ensure compliance with financial covenants as per loan agreements
- Monitor and manage ODI (Overseas Direct Investment) and other RBI regulatory compliance
Investment & Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee and manage company investments within permitted avenues
- Act as a backup resource for cash flow planning and liquidity management
Credit Ratings & Financial Analysis:
- Coordinate with credit rating agencies as part of periodic rating exercises
- Review and analyze financial statements to support strategic financial decisions
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including finance teams, banks, auditors, and rating agencies
- Maintain clear and professional communication, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
Team Contribution:
- Support the Treasury Head in key initiatives and ongoing projects
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the team structure
Candidate Profile:
- Education: CA or MBA (Finance)
Experience: 47 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, banking liaison, or finance roles
Key Skills:
Deep understanding of banking products, credit facilities, and loan documentation
- Knowledge of RBI regulations, including ODI and FEMA
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
