About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic
Marketing Data & Attribution Analyst
to take full ownership of marketing attribution and performance reporting. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze multi-channel marketing data, and deliver insights that drive business growth. You will also be responsible for building reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling executive decision-making through actionable insights.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and strategy, with the ability to balance high-level planning and hands-on problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing attribution and performance analysis across all channels and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver
    weekly business review reports
    with clear, actionable insights aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of
    HubSpot, GA4, ad platforms, and first-party datasets
    to monitor and report on monthly KPIs.
  • Lead
    cross-functional project management
    using DACI and ICE frameworks to keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Partner strategically with paid media, creative, email marketing, and social media teams to ensure data-driven execution.
  • Troubleshoot real-time data discrepancies and manage delays in project timelines.
  • Create intuitive
    dashboards and data visualizations
    that support senior leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience analyzing marketing data for
    B2B SaaS or high-growth companies
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    marketing attribution models
    and performance measurement.
  • Strong experience managing
    cross-functional teams
    and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Native-level English communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in
    SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
    (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong ownership mindset with accountability for both project outcomes and team success.
  • Ability to dive deep into large datasets and translate them into meaningful business insights.

  • Hands-on experience with
    HubSpot CRM, GA4, and Ads Managers (Facebook/LinkedIn)
