Job Summary:We are hiring a Senior Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting, compliance, and reporting for a portfolio of multi-brand businesses spanning luxury events, rentals, wellness, and pet care. This is a hands-on role requiring strong command over Odoo ERP, excellent organizational discipline, and the ability to manage both Indian and international financial processes. You'll be responsible for maintaining clean books, statutory filings, and actionable MIS reports while ensuring financial control across departments.
Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & BookkeepingManage day-to-day accounts including vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliations via OdooMaintain accurate books of accounts across multiple entities and business lines
Track petty cash, credit card expenses, and client receivables2. Statutory CompliancePrepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns with CA coordination
Experience managing UAE invoicing, VAT, or cross-border payments
Maintain all supporting documentation and audit trails
Assist in coordinating quarterly/year-end audits3. Bank & Financial ReconciliationsPerform monthly bank, vendor, and internal reconciliations
Oversee fund flow and working capital tracking across accounts
Maintain vendor ledgers and client ageing reports4. Financial Reporting & ForecastingGenerate monthly MIS reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash FlowAssist business heads in budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
Prepare project-wise cost reports and profitability tracking5. Client & Vendor CoordinationFollow up on client payments and ensure invoicing compliance
Coordinate with vendors to validate invoices and manage payouts
Support leadership with payment schedules and financial inputs
Key Skills & Competencies:Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP (Accounting Module is a must)Fluency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting formats
In-depth understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and audit prep
Ability to handle multi-entity, multi-industry books independently
Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance4–6 years of experience in full-spectrum accounting
Prior experience in events, rentals, or service-led businesses is preferred
Work Schedule:Weekly Off: SundayOther Saturdays: WorkingTimings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM ISTSalary & Emoluments (Gurgaon):Final package will depend on Odoo proficiency, reporting accuracy, and ability to manage multi-brand accounts independently.
