Job Summary
:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our finance team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, vendor reconciliation, related party reconciliation, and ensuring accurate financial control. The role requires strong knowledge of advanced Excel, SAP, and hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Perform daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and journal entries.


• Handle vendor management and perform periodic reconciliation of vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.


• Perform Related Party Reconciliation to ensure proper tracking and accuracy of intercompany transactions.


• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.


• Work on SAP system for recording financial transactions, generating reports, and maintaining proper documentation.


• Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports, statements, and records as per organizational policies and regulatory standards.


• Support the team in taxation-related processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.


• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.


• Ensure internal controls are properly implemented and followed for all accounting activities.


• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to improve processes and control.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, and finance) to support financial processes and audits.

Key Skills & Attributes:


• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).


• Good exposure to Vendor Reconciliation and Management.


• Hands-on experience with Related Party Reconciliation.


• Hands-on experience with SAP and other ERP systems.


• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial control practices.


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification:


• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.


• 2+ Years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or global environment.
