Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive, located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The individual will also work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's visibility in the job market. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments to meet their hiring needs, with a special emphasis on manufacturing recruitment.
