Role Overview

Support Salesforces Service Cloud QA organization during a critical product release. Engineers will perform functional and integration testing for AI-enhanced features within Service Cloud, ensuring quality coverage across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end functional and regression testing for Service Cloud features
  • Review existing automation scripts (Selenium, Appium) and perform light maintenance as needed
  • Coordinate test cycles across U.S. and India teams
  • Validate integration flows with third-party and internal Salesforce tools

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of hands-on SDET with full stack experience. ( Java is must )
  • Strong background in functional or manual testing
  • Exposure to automation frameworks such as Selenium and Appium
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other large-scale enterprise applications
  • Experience testing AI-based or telecom-related product features (nice to have)
