The Role:
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and quality-driven
Salesforce QA
to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong Salesforce QA skills and a passion for scalable process improvement. You'll play a key role in shaping our quality assurance strategy, ensuring the reliability of our releases, and identifying opportunities to enhance our Salesforce implementation.

This role sits at the intersection of quality assurance, business analysis, and system optimization—ideal for someone eager to own QA processes while also influencing platform evolution and user experience.

The work you'll do:

• Lead and evolve the QA strategy, embedding a culture of quality across the scrum teams.
• Own and manage functional, regression, and UAT testing across environments.
• Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.
• Anticipate and communicate the impact of Salesforce seasonal releases on existing functionality.
• Analyze patterns to uncover inefficiencies or pain points in our Salesforce implementation.
• Create and maintain internal documentation
• Influence the Salesforce roadmap by sharing structured feedback and recurring pain

The qualifications you need:

• 2+ years of experience as a QA.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software testing practices.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
• One QA related certification (CAT, ISTQB Certified Tester, etc).
• Solid experience with Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service and Experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a desire to deepen Salesforce expertise.
• Strong English skills and comfort working with international, cross-functional teams.
