Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SFDC Tester to manage quality assurance processes for Salesforce-related projects, including integrations with NetSuite. The role involves end-to-end testing of Salesforce customizations, APIs, and automation, ensuring delivery aligns with business requirements and QA best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the QA process for Salesforce-related projects, including integrations with NetSuite.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce customizations, APIs, and integrations.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers and stakeholders for resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and business requirements.
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and define testing needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of hands-on QA experience.
  • Strong Salesforce testing expertise, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., Zephyr).
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
