Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result oriented Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate strong situational understanding to interpret customer concerns swiftly and provide strategic, well-aligned solutions that support overall customer retention.
  2. Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication, ownership, and effective issue resolution.
  3. Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and technology teams to escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or high-impact cases.
  4. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of interactions, trends, and insights to strengthen support excellence, and create SOPs using the same across the verticals of the organization.
  5. Proactively identify recurring themes from customer interactions and recommend improvements to elevate products, services, customer experience, and long-term customer retention.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in customer support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize follow-ups.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and offer constructive resolutions.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Notice: 0 to 30 days of notice period
  • Work Location: Neelankarai ECR, Chennai. Work from office only
