Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist located in Chennai. The Customer Relations Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks like ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering customer retention, providing outstanding support, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly. The role requires actively listening to client needs, building trust, and maintaining strong, professional relationships to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

  • Ability to handle feedback and solve problems efficiently
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
