Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager who will oversee critical operations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive long-term business growth. This role will require the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex challenges, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

As a key member of the Vendor Department, this position will focus on ensuring operational excellence, optimizing processes, and providing leadership across several functions, including vendor management, product development, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration for smooth project execution.
  • Lead efforts in vendor selection, negotiation, and long-term partnership management, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, manage workflows, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within vendor management, operations, or a similar field.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and other analytical software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and lead projects to successful outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Experience in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities to navigate complex business challenges and opportunities.
