Were looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Vendor Coordinator to manage vendor relationships, ensure contract compliance, and support procurement activities across our IT projects. The ideal candidate has experience in coordinating third-party vendors in the tech or consulting space and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between the company and third-party vendors.

Evaluate and onboard new IT vendors.

Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Maintain up-to-date vendor records, certifications, and compliance documentation.

Assist with negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms.

Collaborate with Vertical Head / Business managers and technical teams to ensure vendor deliverables meet expectations.

Track and report on vendor budgets, invoices, and expenses.

Ensure risk and compliance standards are met across vendor engagements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.

1+ years of experience in vendor coordination, procurement, or vendor management (IT industry preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, Power point & Ms Outlook.
