We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sales & Vendor Relationship Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and a background in sales and client/vendor management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through field visits and client/vendor meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration.
  • Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company as well as self-generated prospects.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and vendors (in-person, calls, and messages).
  • Ensure timely closure of sales and partnership opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance and relationship targets.

Requirements:

  • Must know Kannada (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Comfortable with field work and regular travel within Bangalore.
  • Prior experience in sales or vendor relationship management is mandatory.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month (Plus Travel Allowance)
  • Incentives:
  • 1% on company-provided leads
  • 3% on self-generated leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
