Sales & Vendor Relationship Executive

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sales & Vendor Relationship Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and a background in sales and client/vendor management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through field visits and client/vendor meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration.
- Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company as well as self-generated prospects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and vendors (in-person, calls, and messages).
- Ensure timely closure of sales and partnership opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance and relationship targets.
Requirements:
- Must know Kannada (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Comfortable with field work and regular travel within Bangalore.
- Prior experience in sales or vendor relationship management is mandatory.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month (Plus Travel Allowance)
- Incentives:
- 1% on company-provided leads
- 3% on self-generated leads
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
