Role Summary

We are looking for a Vendor Development & Business Development Executive to manage vendor sourcing and support business development activities. The role involves building vendor networks, coordinating commercial inputs, and assisting in new business opportunities.


Responsibilities

Vendor Development

  • Identify and onboard new vendors and suppliers as per company requirements.
  • Develop and maintain an updated vendor database.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, technical details, and required documents.
  • Compare vendor quotations and support cost evaluation.
  • Maintain vendor records and documentation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and basic commercial inputs.
  • Coordinate with vendors for project-specific requirements.
  • Support client follow-ups and internal coordination.
  • Maintain BD and vendor MIS reports.

Requirements
  • Graduation in Engineering / Management / Commerce.
  • 26 years of experience in vendor development, procurement, or BD support.
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Skills
  • Basic understanding of pricing and commercial terms.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong documentation and relationship management skills.
