  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  2. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure the best possible deals for the company.
  3. Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to understand their vendor-related needs and requirements.
  5. Handle vendor inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions, contracts, and communications.
  7. Evaluate vendor performance through regular assessments and feedback.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks related to vendor operations and supply chain disruptions.
  9. Ensure timely delivery of products and services by managing vendor schedules and timelines.

    10.Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Vendor Executive, Vendor Manager, or in a similar role.

3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

9. Knowledge of industry best practices and market trends.
