About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and streamline key operational functions including partner onboarding, field worker management, marketing execution, and business reporting. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong people management skills and a keen eye for operational efficiency. A two-wheeler is a must, as the role involves regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Partner Onboarding & Management

  2. Identify, engage, and onboard new business partners (vendors, service providers, etc.).

  3. Conduct KYC, due diligence, and training sessions.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of partners into operational workflows.

  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners for ongoing support and retention.

  6. Field Worker/Staff Management

  7. Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of field workers and support staff.

  8. Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance.
  9. Resolve day-to-day issues faced by workers and escalate when necessary.

  10. Ensure training and upskilling programs are in place.

  11. Marketing Operations

  12. Coordinate and execute on-ground marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.

  13. Ensure branding materials are distributed and displayed as per plan.

  14. Support local events, partnerships, or BTL activities.

  15. Reporting & Analysis

  16. Maintain dashboards and trackers for operations, workforce, partner performance, and campaigns.

  17. Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
  18. Highlight operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 0-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in startups, FMCG, logistics, or service-based industries.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and crisis management ability.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel locally for field visits and partner/vendor meetings.
