Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled
Desktop Engineer L2
to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems, hardware, and software across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows systems, managing Active Directory, and resolving user issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage Active Directory users, groups, and group policies.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and patch management.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with L3 or vendor teams for issue escalation when required.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and adherence to SLAs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
  • Good understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle user support in a fast-paced environment.
