**Job Title: IT Infrastructure - Desktop Support (L1 & L2)**
**Experience Required**: 0 - 6 months (Freshers Welcome)
**Location**: Powai, Andheri, Parel, Santacruz - Mumbai
**Working Days**: 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
**Shift Timing**:9:30 AM - 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Salary Range**:₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on performance and interview)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Level 1 Support (L1)**:

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic IT peripherals.
- Record and track service requests in the ticketing system.
- Perform routine hardware and software maintenance checks.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the L2 team.

**Level 2 Support (L2)**:

- Advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and basic networking devices.
- Assist with user account creation, permissions, and IT asset management.
- Support remote employees through remote desktop tools.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty and service-related concerns.
- Maintain system updates, antivirus, and data backup activities.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office suite.
- Understanding of computer hardware components and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues methodically.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic IT certifications like CompTIA A+, N+, MCP are advantageous.
- Internship or lab experience in IT/Desktop Support is a plus.
