We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor / Site Engineer with proven experience in managing civil and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution at site, coordinating with labor teams, managing timelines, and ensuring snaglists are created and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction/interior project site
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and standards
  • Plan and monitor project timelines, progress, and daily work schedules
  • Manage and coordinate labor and subcontractors on-site
  • Identify snags/punch points, prepare detailed snaglists, and ensure timely execution
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and vendors for smooth execution
  • Maintain site documentation and daily progress reports

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for civil and/or interior projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
  • Ability to read technical drawings and plans
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools preferred
