**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities related to **finishing and interior work**.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor and track project progress, addressing any issues or delays effectively.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update senior management on site progress.
- Manage workforce, material procurement, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Oversee site inspections and ensure adherence to approved designs and plans.

**Requirements**:

- **B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in finishing and interior work.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
