We are looking for a **dedicated Site Supervisor** to manage on-site execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality interior fit-out projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Coordination**:

- Oversee day-to-day on-site execution of interior works including carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing tasks.
- **Vendor & Labour Management**:
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams to maintain work schedules and ensure availability of manpower.
- **Quality Control**:
Ensure workmanship meets the design specifications and quality standards. Carry out inspections and resolve on-site issues.Monitor inventory of materials and tools. Coordinate timely delivery of materials as per the project schedule.Read and implement layout drawings, service drawings, and design intent accurately on site.Provide daily and weekly updates on site progress, challenges, material usage, and manpower to the Project Manager.Enforce safety protocols and ensure the site is compliant with all regulatory guidelines.Work closely with planning teams to ensure project milestones are met and handovers are on time.**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2-5 years of site execution experience in commercial interior projects.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural & MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp-based reporting, and project tools like Trello (preferred).
- Willingness to travel across project sites if required.
