**Job Details**:

- **Position**: Site Supervisor
- **Location**: Noida
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in finishing & interior work
- **Salary**: ₹6 LPA (CTC) + Travel Compensation
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week
- **Work Timings**: As per project requirements

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and supervise on-site **finishing and interior work** to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of construction.
- Resolve on-site issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Prepare daily reports, maintain documentation, and communicate progress to the project manager.
- Ensure that work is completed within the allocated budget and timeline.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience in finishing and interior work**:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is an advantage

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
