Customer Retention Executive

- Understand reasons for customer attrition and develop strategies to win them back.
- Promote new offers, products, or services tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly retention and recovery targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3–10years of experience in customer retention, tele-sales, or account management.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Experience in Google sheets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
