We need an ambitious
Sales & Partnership Lead
to put Gigi into the right hands: quick commerce platforms, premium cafés, gyms, and retail stores. You'll own everything from pitch decks to placement, and eventually build a high-performing sales team under you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all B2B & B2C sales: From Blinkit & Swiggy to gyms and cafés
  • Oversee corporate partnerships to support Gigi distribution & awareness
  • Own outreach, pitching, negotiation and onboarding of retail partners
  • Manage fulfilment until we scale and you will hire for a dedicate fulfillment role
  • Set up CRM and sales tracking systems
  • Hire and train SDRs and fulfilment team as we scale within 6 months

Who You Are

  • 2+ years selling an F&B brand in Bangalore is a must
  • Strong network in Bangalore's food, fitness, and quick commerce space is a must
  • You're driven and quality obsessed - we're not looking for a scrappy performer, we're looking for high-class execution.
  • You know how to sell with a story – not just discounts
  • Bonus: You've helped a challenger brand scale distribution

Contract Time, Location & Pay

  • 1 year (full-time opportunity with health benefits & share options if the first year goes well)
  • Bangalore, in-office in Koramangala
  • 6 days a week, 5 days in-office & Saturdays work from home
  • ₹50,000 to ₹60,000/mo + commission
