About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer who can bring ideas to life through visual storytelling, intuitive design, and engaging user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in graphic design, video editing, and website/UI conceptualization, with a keen sense of aesthetics aligned to the IT services and digital technology domain.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual & Graphic Design
  • Design marketing and branding assets including brochures, social media creatives, presentations, infographics, and digital ads.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all digital and print materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize impactful campaign visuals.
2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
  • Edit promotional videos, explainer videos, event highlights, and client success stories.
  • Create short-form video content for digital and social media platforms.
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, and sound effects to enhance visual storytelling.
3. Website & UI/UX Design
  • Conceptualize and design responsive, user-centric website layouts for company and client projects.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and seamless implementation.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups that reflect brand tone and enhance user experience.
4. Creative Conceptualization
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling narratives and digital experiences.
  • Generate design ideas for campaigns, landing pages, and digital assets that align with strategic business goals.
  • Research design trends, competitor visuals, and UI innovations to ensure continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in design (preferably in an IT services or digital agency environment).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (UI/UX focus).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and design execution.
