Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
UI/UX & Visual Designer
who will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and user experience across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong design thinking with hands-on execution skills to design engaging websites, impactful presentations, and short promotional videos that communicate ideas clearly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design & UX:

• Conceptualize, design, and refine responsive web layouts and interactive components.
• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across devices.
• Conduct usability evaluations and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

Presentations & Visual Communication:

• Design compelling corporate and product presentations aligned with branding guidelines.
• Develop infographics, icons, and visual assets that communicate complex information effectively.

Short Video & Motion Design:

• Create short product explainers, feature highlights, and social media videos using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Incorporate motion graphics and transitions to enhance storytelling and user experience.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain and evolve the design system and visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Ensure cohesive visual language and tone across web, presentations, and multimedia assets.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX or visual design, preferably in a product, tech, or creative agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web interfaces, UX workflows, presentation decks, and motion/video work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as
  Figma

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  , or equivalent.
• Experience with prototyping tools and understanding of responsive design principles.
• Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HTML/CSS or familiarity with design-to-development handoff tools.
• Knowledge of motion design principles and 2D animation.
• Prior experience in creating marketing visuals or product videos for tech or design-driven organizations.
